1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sculpt Pilates Company website ("sculptpilatescompany.com") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Sculpt Pilates Company ("Sculpt Co.") offers in-person Pilates classes at our Chicago studio. Class capacity, schedule, and pricing are listed on our booking page and are subject to availability. Bookings and payments are powered by Alera Booking; see our Privacy Policy for details on the data we collect.

3. Class Bookings

• All class bookings are made through our online booking page and are subject to availability.
• When a class is full, you may join its waitlist. If a seat opens up, the studio will email you to confirm before any charge is made — we do not auto-charge a card on file.
• Sculpt Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class (instructor unavailable, weather, unforeseen circumstances). You will be notified and offered a full refund or rescheduled seat.
• The studio may, at its discretion, add a customer to a class on their behalf (for example, a walk-in paying in cash, or a class-pack redemption arranged in person). Your confirmation email will reflect the payment method the studio recorded.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Each class type has its own cancellation window, posted on that class's booking page. Most classes require at least 12 hours' notice for a full refund or credit return; some may be different.
• Cancellations inside the window are eligible for a Stripe refund or, if you booked with a class pack, the credit is returned to your pack.
• Cancellations after the window or no-shows forfeit the payment (or, for pack bookings, the credit) per the studio policy.
• You can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation email, your customer portal at /me, or by contacting the studio directly.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Drop-in classes are payable at the time of booking via Stripe. Prices are listed on each class's booking page and are subject to change.
• Class packs (see Section 6) let you pay upfront for a fixed number of class credits at a per-class discount.
• We accept all major cards, Apple Pay (Safari on Mac/iOS), Google Pay (Chrome on supported devices), Link, Cash App Pay, and Klarna where available. All payments are processed through Stripe; Sculpt Co. does not store or see your full card number.
• Existing customers will be notified before any across-the-board price change takes effect.

6. Class Packs

• A class pack is a prepaid bundle of class credits purchased on the booking page. Each booking that uses a pack consumes one credit.
• Class packs may have an expiration date listed at time of purchase. Unused credits expire on that date and are non-refundable past it.
• If a booking made with a class-pack credit is cancelled inside the cancellation window, the credit is returned to the pack and may be used on a future class. Cancellations outside the window forfeit the credit.
• Class packs are non-transferable.

7. First-Class Intro Offer

The studio may run a "first class free" promotion that comps your first class on the platform. Eligibility is determined automatically based on whether your email has any prior bookings with us. The promotion can be enabled or disabled by the studio at any time and is subject to fair-use limits (one comp per real customer).

8. Refunds

• Refunds for single classes follow the cancellation rules in Section 4.
• Class-pack purchases are non-refundable after the first credit is redeemed. Unredeemed packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@sculptpilatescompany.com.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

9. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Participation in Pilates classes involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with physical exercise.
• You should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.
• Sculpt Co. and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during or as a result of participating in our classes.
• You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and notifying the instructor of any conditions that may affect your participation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Sculpt Pilates Company and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

11. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website or its booking platform
• Impersonate another person when booking
• Share your customer portal or calendar-subscription tokens with others

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpt Pilates Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cook County, Illinois.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
